At Jorvik Tricycles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tricycle isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Tricycle

  Carefully disassemble and pack the tricycle back into its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialist courier to collect the large-item shipment directly from your address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned tricycle for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
